If you place an order with a shipping address outside the United Kingdom, Scotland and Wales, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Order/shipping tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Order cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact us at info@gfy.me.uk within 12 hours of placing your order. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged goods
